Is the consultation free?

Yes. There is no fee for the consultation or for the written quote. You decide afterwards whether to go ahead.

Do I have to send photos?

No, photos are optional. They help us prepare a more accurate quote and earn you a free personalised analysis plus 10,000 MKS points. You can also send them later on WhatsApp or by replying to our email.

Who sees my photos?

Only your MKS care team and the specialist reviewing your case. Photos are never published.

How soon will I hear back?

WhatsApp opens as soon as you submit, and your care manager usually replies within 24 hours. You will also receive a short email asking only for anything we still need.

Medical Korea Service is registered with Korea's Ministry of Health and Welfare as an international patient facilitator (A-2014-01-01-1414). Surgical care is performed by independent licensed Korean medical professionals.
